Оценка показателей физического развития и структура патологии у подростков разных этнических групп, проживающих на территории Иркутской области

We examined. 95 adolescents of 14-17 years (continuous sampling) of the three ethnic groups (Buryat, mongrels, Russian), living in the Irkutsk region (in the Bayanday village): 47 (49,5 %) boys and 48 (50,5 %) girls. The main anthropometric characteristics (height, weight, chest circumference) were identified. Analysis of the data showed that the harmonious physical development was the most frequent in all groups of adolescents. But Buryat and. mongrels had. a tendency to weight gain; the frequency of disharmonious type of physical development in this group was significantly higher than in Russian adolescents. The percentage of healthy children among Russian adolescents was higher than in Buryat and. mongrels who had. endocrine disorders more often. In Russian adolescents the most frequent were respiratory diseases and the nervous system diseases.
