El derecho a la información radiofónica en los campos de fútbol

Se planteo asi una disyuntiva entre el derecho a informar y el derecho a cobrar por la organizacion de un evento como los partidos de futbol, que fue resuelta con la modificacion de la normativa existente, estableciendo el pago de una cantidad en concepto de compensacion por la utilizacion de las instalaciones de los clubes. Al no existir acuerdo entre las partes, la cantidad tuvo que ser fijada por la Comision del Mercado de las Telecomunicaciones, si bien el asunto aun no ha quedado zanjado. EnglishThe conflict between radio operators and football clubs emerged when the latter's refused to permit the operators access to the stadiums for free. Then the choice between the right to information and the right to charge for the organization of an event such as football matches raised, which was resolved by modifying existing regulations, establishing the payment of a sum by way of compensation for the use of the clubs facilities. In the absence of agreement between the parties, the amount had to be fixed by the Telecommunications Market Commission, although the matter has not been settled yet.
