Screen tower dynamic calculation of artificial aggregate production system of A'hai Hydropower Station

Based on the structural section determined by statics calculation,the dynamic calculation for screen tower of artificial aggregate system of A'hai Hydropower Station is implemented according to structural dynamics,including the natural vibration frequency and dynamic displacement,for preventing resonance of the structure and controlling the dynamic displacement in a allowed range,moreover the dynamic stress and fatigue strength of the main supporting structure is checked.Under a normal condition,the dynamic bending moment and fatigue strength can be satisfied if the largest dynamic displacement of the screener beam and main beam meet the requirement.We present the simplified calculation method of supporting structure of the screen tower and its calculation results are in conformity with the realistic operation condition,indicating that the presented method can meet the design requirements of screen tower supporting structure in hydropower engineering.
