In the article diurnal variations of atmospheric integrated water vapor content (IWV) around the Nizhnekamsk HPP (Russia) according to GNSS radio signals measurements in autumn of 2010 is considered. It is established that the difference of these variations over the land and over water shows the expressed diurnal course with a maximum at 12:00 UTC and peak-to-peak value of 0.4 kg/m 2 . The difference of diurnal variations of IWV is due to evaporation from the surface of the reservoir.
