Determining of the photonic-crystal fibers mode field size at his near field image

This paper presents a method for determining of the maximum diameter of the photonic-crystal fiber mode field. If carrying out the alignment of these two fibers when connecting considers the rotation angle around of the longitudinal axis, it will reduce losses at the junction.
