Одномоментный дополнительный перкутанный нефроскопический доступ в лечении коралловидного нефролитиаза

Analyzed were the results of surgical treatment of 39 patients with coral-like kidney stones with complex stereometric configuration. A method of percutaneous renal lithotripsy in modification with simultaneous additional nephroscopic access was used as a monotherapy. The advantages of this modification are the possibility of instant removal of the stone, low invasiveness and low traumatism.
