A Practical Approach to the Clinical Evaluation and Management of Children with Ambiguous Genitalia

: A plea is made for an immediate and multidisciplinary approach in children with ambiguous genitalia. The manner of working of the team in the Sophia Children's Hospital, Rotterdam, is presented. Four examples are given and a review of the literature completes the paper.
