Arbeitszufriedenheit im Pfarrberuf: Eine Studie in der Pommerschen Evangelischen Landeskirche

Abstract This article provides a review of some concepts of work satisfaction. As an example, the working conditions in parish churches are analysed with the help of a standardized survey of all parish pastors in the Protestant Church of Pomerania. It can be shown that a research of work satisfaction in churches is methodically possible as well as reasonable for a successful church management.
