Wearable device for detection of human body motion and human body motion monitoring device

Provided are a wearable device for detection of a human body motion and a human body motion monitoring device that are capable of accurately detecting body motion information including human body motions of portions including bendable portions such as the joints and back of the human body or breathing information such as the presence or absence of breathing, or the cycle of breathing. This wearable device for detection of a human body motion is designed to be worn on a part of the human body and detect a motion of the human body on which the wearable device is worn. The wearable device for detection of a human body motion is provided with a motion detection sensor unit that comprises conductive threads and has electric characteristics that vary between when the motion detection sensor unit is stretched and not stretched. For example, the motion detection sensor unit comprises: a conductive stretchable knitted fabric having an electric resistance that varies between when the conductive stretchable knitted fabric is stretched and not stretched; and a stretchable fabric to which the conductive stretchable knitted fabric is attached. The fabric has a greater stretch resistance than the conductive stretchable knitted fabric.
