The number of people with dengue as many as 67 peopleof West Aceh. The highest number of dengue fever cases is Johan Pahlawan sub district in the work area of Johan Pahlawan Community Health Center reaches 41 cases, followed by 12 cases of Suak Ribee Community Health Center.The study aims to determine the Epidemiological Studies that Affect Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DBD) in Johan Pahlawan Sub-district, West Aceh Regencies of 2017. This research is analytic with Cross-sectional design. The execution time was from 15 June to 15 July 2017, with a population of 56,050 households and a sample of 100 households, analyzed by univariate and bivariate using chi-square test.The influence of research results between hosts (p value = 0.007<α = 0.05, RP = 1.6), agent (p value = 0.005<α = 0.05, RP = 1.6) and envirotmen p value = 0.000 <α = 0.05, RP = 2.9) with the incidence of DHF. Conclusion of influence between host, agent and envirotment with DHF incidence It is expected that the health side in Johan Pahlawan sub district in order to provide information to the public about the dangers of DBD, the symptoms of DBD, and the prevention of DHF.
