The present invention relates to a method for producing a thermoplastic multi-block copolyester-modified polycarbonate alloy, particularly, to a chemical resistance and corrosion resistance, thermal stability, impact resistance and stable geometry polycarbonate the method of preparation of the alloy, belongs to the technical field of polymer materials. In the present method PC, PBT, antioxidants, and multiblock co-polyester (PBT-PTEG-PCL copolyester) as a raw material, first PC, PBT and PBT-PTEG-PCL pre-copolyester was dried, and then press certain mass percent weighing all ingredients, mix and melt into a twin-screw extruder, plasticized, extruded through the head, traction, cooled, pelletized, dried to give the product. The present invention is prepared by PC / PBT alloy having high toughness and elongation at break, can be widely used is required to have chemical resistance and corrosion resistance, thermal stability, impact resistance, and stable product geometry.
