Process for preparing water-soluble meat powder

The invention discloses a process for preparing water-soluble meat powder. The process is characterized by comprising the following steps of: selecting edible meat such as livestock meat, poultry meat, aquatic meat and mild animal meat which is allowed to be eaten by related regulations, coarsely grinding to obtain pulp, cooking at high temperature, accurately grinding, homogenizing, freeze-drying to obtain meat powder, and further accurately crushing the meat powder. The water-soluble meat powder prepared by the process has high water solubility, thick natural meat aroma, can be independently dissolved in water to form meat soup, and also can serve as an additive for food production.
