The grinding wheel is manufactured by the following raw materials by weight: 62-68% of diamond abrasives, 8-10% of corundum and 17-20% of ceramic bond, wherein the ceramic bond is prepared by the following raw materials by weight: 50-58% of SiO2, 6.0-7.8% of Al2O3, 20-24% of B2O3, 4.8-7.0% of K2O, 3.0-5.2% of Bi2O3 and 1.2-1.8% of BaO. The ceramic bond diamond grinding wheel is good in high-temperature resistance and good in bending resistance, can keep the shape well during cutter grinding and machining, has good self-sharpening capability, is high in grinding efficiency, can reduce the finishing time and prolong the service life, improves the machining efficiency and reduces production cost.
