SOLUTION: It is constituted to inject to a basin combustion chamber of a small opening ratio from a nozzle hole of two rows of an upper part nozzle hole 1 and a lower part nozzle hole 2. When it is specified that a spray arrival distance from the row of the upper part nozzle hole 1 is L1, a spray arrival distance from the row of the lower part nozzle hole 2 is L2, a single nozzle hole diameter of the upper part nozzle hole 1 is d1 and a single nozzle hole diameter of the lower part nozzle hole 2 is d2, it injects so that L1/d1=150-250, L2/d2=100-180, injection of the upper part nozzle hole 1 is conducted to collide against a side wall 3 of the basin combustion chamber, injection of the lower part nozzle hole 2 is conducted to collide against a bottom surface 4 of the basin combustion chamber, the following relationships are selected that a lower part nozzle hole total area/a nozzle hole total area = 0.25-0.35 and the upper part nozzle hole number/the lower part nozzle hole number = 2.
