Foucault e a Psicanálise (entre 1954 e 1966): aspectos e preâmbulos de uma apropriação crítica

Regarding the troubled relationship between Foucault and psychoanalysis, the present master’s thesis aims to situate the status of psychoanalysis within what is called the Foucauldian corpus until 1966, without a teleology. Introducing a new way of thinking the problem in Foucault's work, this inquiring situates Freud's knowledge in the particular use of a genealogical tool of analysis called problematic, showing that psychoanalysis is never confronted by itself, but always conditioned by larger plots, to do this, constructing the very meaning of the notion, the dissertation will show the sequence of period's problematics, delimiting them according to the writings belonged to the proposed cut, thus, taking these writings in an unsystematic way and without a thematic unit, the problematics will be constructed and shaped according to this delimitation, consisting essentially of four types: the problematic of Daseinanalysis, the problematic of psychology, the problematic of madness and, finally, that of the human sciences.
