The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural plantation, in particular to a small-root-zone matrix soilless culture device which comprises a groove body. Multiple culture lattices are arranged on the groove body. Field planting limitation bases are arranged in the culture lattices. Multiple liquid distribution flow guiding grooves are arranged on the circumference of the field planting limitation bases. Nutrition liquid flowing holes of the field planting limitation bases are communicated with liquid distribution flow guiding grooves. Compared with the prior art, the small-root-zone matrix soilless culture device can enable three phases, namely solid, gas and liquid of a rhizosphere situation of a plant to be reasonably distributed and allocated. By arranging the liquid distribution flow guiding grooves, growth and distribution area of a root system is enlarged so that the size of a root zone is effectively reduced, culture matrix is saved, culture cost is reduced, controllability of the root zone situation is strong and industrial culture is favorably achieved.
