Design and Simulation of Monitoring Display System for Crank Press Based on Microcontroller

A new type of monitoring display system based on the AT89C51microcontroller has been designed for crank press.The simulation by use of PROTEUS software tools has been proved that the system fulfills the functions such as collection and real-time display of working load temperature of controlled points,overload alarm and counting display of processed products.The system is simple in structure and low in cost,which meets the demands of press's evolution trend to a numerical control,automated and integrated approach.
