Application of a deep learning algorithm for detection and visualization of hip fractures on plain pelvic radiographs

Objective To identify the feasibility of using a deep convolutional neural network (DCNN) for the detection and localization of hip fractures on plain frontal pelvic radiographs (PXRs).
