Very low power of ≫7mW/Gbps, 1060-nm 120-Gbps optical link employing high-density optical modules

We demonstrate a very low power consumption of ≪7mW/Gbps on 120-Gbps optical link using high-density parallel-optical modules, by suppressing driving currents and voltages of high efficient 1060-nm VCSEL array.
