Detect and Fault Diagnosis of VXIbus Instrumentation in Complex System

Aiming at VXlbus test instrumentation has characteristics of high integration,complex architecture,great difficulty and long test time on detecting and fault diagnosis,design an auto detecting and fault diagnosis system based on virtual instrument technology.It consists of data acquisition and excitation,fault diagnosis based on rule reasoning,fault diagnosis based on neural network,human-computer interactive system,database maintenance and management system.It indicates that the system can roundly detect and accurately locate faults while can satisfy the requirements of on-line detection and fault diagnosis.
