The invention relates to a remote transmission and management system of thermal power measuring data, and belongs to the technical field of wireless communication. The remote transmission and management system comprises a data center server, a thermal meter data acquisition gateway and a thermal meter, wherein the data center server is connected with the thermal meter data acquisition gateway through a general packet radio service/global system for mobile communications (GPRS/GSM) wireless public communication network; and the thermal meter data acquisition gateway is connected with the thermal meter through a M-BUS. The remote transmission and management system has the advantages that the inconvenience produced during manual data acquisition of the thermal meter can be avoided; a wireless communication manner is adopted in light of characteristic of regional dispersion of users, so that the wiring difficulty is reduced; a partial wireless mode is adopted for certain gathered users, so that the equipment cost is reduced and the communication reliability is improved; meanwhile, the system provides a robust data transmission strategy, so that the probability that the system is attacked is reduced; with the help of an intelligent data summarization method, reference data can be provided for an administrator under abnormal conditions, so that the administrator can rapidly position and learn the field situation and improve the service response speed; and besides, the users and the administrator can check the information of the meter anytime and anywhere through a network.
