Picking Path Optimization of Colony Picking Robot

The colony picking robot integrates structural design, machine vision, and motion control, is widely used in bioengineering, medical and other fields. With the continuous development of automation and intelligent technology, we have independently developed a colony picking robot in response to the large number of colonies to be picked in the bacteria picking process and the inability to plan the picking path reasonably, resulting in low picking efficiency. A colony picking model is established based on TSP, and an improved simulated annealing algorithm is adopted. The path generation module adopts the 2-opt method, and the temperature drop module increases the tempering function. After the colony picking experiment is verified, the colony picking efficiency can be increased by 14%-19%.
