Design of control law for Carrier-based Aircraft based on Ll adaptive control

In order to improve the robustness and the rapidity of the control system of the carrier-based aircraft, Ll adaptive control based automatic landing control law is proposed in the paper. In the method, the influence of the landing environment is regarded as the disturbance and the Ll adaptive control law structure is constructed to eliminate the influence. By analyzing the characteristics of the environmental disturbance model, the low-pass filter and the adaptive law are applied to complete the attitude control of automatic landing control system. The simulation results show that the designed control law has strong robustness and rapidity while considering the effect of the carrier air wake and the deck motion, and the presented method can meet the desired control requirement.
