The invention discloses a tower mill cylindrical shell access door hydraulic unlatching method and auxiliary apparatus. The method comprises the following specific steps: 1, measuring the dimension of an access door, performing stress simulation analysis on measured data, and determining unlatching points of the access door; 2, after the unlatching point is determined, arranging circular through holes in the same quantity as the unlatching points in an installation frame; 3, arranging hydraulic auxiliary devices at the circular through hole of the installation frame; 4, when the access door needs to be open after closure, loosening peripheral locking bolts firstly, and brushing a soaking liquid at the periphery of the access door; and 5, the hydraulic auxiliary devices working to eject the access door slowly. According to the method provided by the invention, the access door of a mine equipment tower mill can be conveniently and rapidly open, the time is shortened to about two hours from conventional three to four hours, the manual maintenance time is greatly reduced, the working efficiency is improved, at the same time, possible manual operation risks are avoided, personnel safety is guaranteed, and the tower mill is protected from damage.
