Os efeitos da quimioterapia e radioterapia na osseointegração dos implantes

A realizacao deste trabalho busca, atraves de uma revisao de literatura, relatar as alteracoes sistemicas causadas pelos tratamentos realizados em pacientes com câncer, como a radioterapia e a quimioterapia, e as possibilidades na utilizacao de implantes osseointegrados na reabilitacao maxilo-mandibular desses pacientes, relatando os efeitos dessas terapias na osseintegracao, os cuidados especiais que devem ser considerados e os resultados que se pode alcancar nesses pacientes(AU) The accomplishment of this work search, through a revision of literature, to tell the alterations caused by treatments accomplished in patients with cancer, as the radiotherapy and a chemotherapy, and the possibilities in the use of osseointegrated implants in the maxillo-mandibular rehabilitation of those patient, telling the effects of those therapies in the osseointegration, the special cares that should be considered and the result that can be reach in those patients(AU)
