İMAM HATİP LİSELERİNDE OKUTULAN TEFSİR DERSİNİN ÖNEMİ, MESELELERİ, ÖĞRETİM METODLARI VE BAZI TEKLİFLER

The Holy Quran is the main source of Islam. The task of explaining the meaning and purposes of the Qur'an has been undertaken by the science of tafsir.  The method and history of Tafsir are taught in lesson of tafsir ant it makes tafsir important. This course was for the first time given in Imam Hatip High School, therefore it holds a special place in education. In this study, the importance of tafsir in educating the virtuous generation will be discussed. It will be mentioned about the necessity, objectives, issues, teaching methods of tafsir as well as the importance vocational education. The article is limited to the subjects of secondary education, which also includes the course of tafsir. However, since the content of tafsir textbooks may change, the content of the subject will be kept in the broadest way. Short evaluations will be made about the textbook, which is currently taught in high school. The teachers of Tafsir are graduated from faculty theology. Therefore, the courses of tafsir taught in both institutions are mentioned as essential to the interest and approach of the student. The topics has been briefly discussed. The subjects that require details and examples are referred through footnotes. The academic aspect of teaching Tafsir and its experimental aspect have been tried to be handled in a balanced way. The aim of the study is to contribute to the determination of the problems of the tafsir taught in secondary education and to improve the method of the course and to provide a solid foundation for undergraduate education.
