This work is devoted to the welding technology modernization of the housing units made of steel 12MX with the application of vibrating processing during a welding instead of preliminary heating. The researches of effects of vibration frequency on mechanical properties of the welding joint and welded seam metal, residual stress level in the welded seam, the microstructure and microhardness are carried out.
