Nonmetal pipe submersible screw pump oil extraction device

The invention discloses a nonmetal pipe submersible screw pump oil extraction device which is designed for increasing the anti-corrosion ability and extending the service life of the pipe string. A wellhead hanger and an adapter of the device are connected inside a nonmetal pipe by means of vulcanization; an oil drain device, a screw pump, a shaft coupler, a protector, a drive motor, and a power cable which is connected with a ground controller are sequentially connected below the adapter. The device uses the nonmetal pipe as a liquid conveying channel of the submersible screw pump, thus preferably solving the problem of corrosion to metal pipes caused by the well fluid, and extending the working life of the pipe string down hole. The nonmetal pipe is able to meet the requirements of tensile resistance and internal pressure resistance; the nonmetal pipe can be continuously put into the well or pulled out of the well, thus reducing the labor intensity of the operating staff. The vulcanization connection of the nonmetal pipe and the wellhead hanger provides a better means for changing the structure of the production pipe string down hole.
