Effect of Ginseng Derivatives on Gene Expression of Breast Cancer Cells by High-Throughput Sequencing

With the implementation of the human genome project, the development of science has entered the environment of insufficient data processing tools. Based on this, various platforms and tools adapted to the large amount of data provided by high-throughput sequencing technology have also developed rapidly. Ginseng RP1 (g-rp1) is a kind of ginseng derivative with chemo preventive and anticancer effects. It’s not about using early sequencing tools to dramatically reduce costs and accelerate the development of complete sequencing projects. However, the generation of data is still relatively limited. In this study, we examined the regulatory activity of g-rp1 on macrophage activation. G-rp1 significantly inhibited the production of TNF, LPS induced historicity, no production, ROS production and phagocyte. The results showed that hepum5346l had the strongest inhibitory effect on human hematoma cells.
