Integrated control apparatus for remote shutdown valve

PURPOSE: An integral control apparatus for a remote shutdown valve is provided to integrate the parts of components for a main pipe in an offshore structure or a ship, thereby saving man-hour and various expenses. CONSTITUTION: An integral control apparatus for a remote shutdown valve (12) includes a process safety system (PSS) controller (24), an emergency shutdown (ESS) controller (25), a first solenoid valve (31), and a second solenoid valve (32). The shutdown valve is installed at a process line (10) through an operational pipe (16). The PSS controller outputs in order to block a flow path with a predetermined condition according to the progress of a process. The ESD controller outputs in order to block the flow path with determining an emergency condition which is not predetermined by the PSS controller. A pressure pipe (14) and a return pipe (15) are installed at the inlet port of the first solenoid valve connected to the output terminal of the ESD controller. The second solenoid valve between the shutdown valve and the first solenoid valve is connected to the output terminal of the PSS controller.
