The invention relates to a novel crystal form of dolutegravir sodium salts. Compared with known crystal forms of the dolutegravir sodium salts, the novel crystal form disclosed by the invention has one or more beneficial properties such as high stability in water, high solubility, difficulty in moisture absorption, high storage stability and excellent particle morphology. The invention further relates to a method for preparing the novel crystal form of dolutegravir sodium salts, a pharmaceutical composition and application of the pharmaceutical composition in preparing medicines for treatment and/or prevention of HIV-1 infection.
