Tinjauan Kuat Tekan, Kuat Tarik Belah, dan Kuat Tarik Murni pada Beton dengan Abu Batu sebagai Pengganti Sebagian Agregat Halus dan Abu Sekam sebagai Bahan Tambah

2019
Concrete is defined as a building material produced by mixing portland cement, aggregates and water at a certain ratio. This research was conducted to determine the compressive strength, tensile strength of concrete, and pure tensile strength using dust material from Masaran, Sragen Regency, Central Java province as a partial replacement of sand. This study also looked for differences between normal concrete that does not use changing materials and concrete that uses dust instead of partial sand. Variations in the percentage of dust include, among others, 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%, the husk ash added material is constantly at 5% and 3 specimens on each percentage of dust. The highest average value of compressive strength obtained is 20.56 MPa on dust 5%, the highest average value of tensile strength is 4.15 MPa on dust 5%, and the highest average value of pure tensile strength is 1.17 MPa in 5% dust, so the use of 5% dust and 5% husk ash material is the optimal percentage in this study.
