The invention embodiment provides a manufacturing method of a blade girder, relates to the technical field of wind turbine generator blade manufacture, and solves the problems of non-thorough gum dipping or dry fiber phenomena of glass fiber fabrics for current manufacturing methods. In the invention embodiment, treatment for increasing the height difference between a front edge side and a back edge side of a girder is performed between a sealing performance inspection stage and a gum dipping stage, so gravity and vacuum pressure are not independent but interact with each other; therefore, the flow direction of resin in the fibers is single, and the flow speed of the resin is easy to control; the flow of resin between fiber bundles is less than or equal to the flow in fiber bundles, and the phenomena of non-thorough gum dipping or dry fibers of glass fiber fabrics are prevented.
