Ethnobotany: Mindsets, externalities, and challenges

In discourse about the nature and future of ethnobotany the discipline is linked to phytomorphology, its mindsets are examined, and its future is cast against relevant externalities. Ethnobotany is challenged to broaden its boundaries to encompass the human/plant interface in totality and modernity, thereby engaging a wide range of practical and intellectual issues of compelling interest to humankind.
