A Treatise on Distributed Generation Control

This paper gives a comprehensive treatise on the recent trend of distributed generation (DG) integration and control. The recent deregulation of electrical market and high penetration of Renewable energy sources (RES) has presented with a scenario of generation being at the distribution end which was beyond imagination. The paper provides an insight of various problem caused by such scenario. It also discusses the various control strategies presented in the recent years to overcome such problems.
