Low-Carbon Economy:an Opportunity for China to Achieve Leapfrog Development

When the whole world response to climate warming,reducing greenhouse gas emissions hand in hand,increasing politicians,scientists and economists realize that low carbon economy is the final scheme of solving climatic change and economic development contradiction. At present,time waits for a low carbon economy,because of the strong external pressure from international community and the need of self-transformation and upgrading of economic restructuring. China must catch the opportunities of a new round of technical and industrial revolution that the low carbon economy brings,standing on the commanding point with new history to achieve leapfrog of our country.
