The invention discloses a lead zirconate titanate reflecting membrane and its preparing method, including: a silicon basal piece, on which there are mutually firmly combined conductive metal oxide lanthanum nickelate buffer layers in turn and two different zirconium-component film layers are alternatively arranged to form a multicycle lead zirconate titanate reflecting film pile, which grows by sol-gel process, where the solvent is hexanediol methyl ether, the stabilizing agent is caproyl acetone, the thickening agent is polyvinylpyrrolidone and the anticracking agent is n-propanol. And the solutes are lead nitrate, titanium-n-butylate and zirconium isopropoxide. Its advantages: the used device is simple, the operation is convenient and it can prepare large-area multilayer film system and at the same time, it can operate and control the central wavelength of peak reflectivity by means of selecting process parameters, solution concentration, etc.
