AN ANALYSIS ON INDUSTRY ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT IN DONGGUAN CITY BASED ON THE ANGLE OF DEMOGRAPHIC DIVIDEND

The paper chooses Dongguan City whose foreign economic development is the most typical area in China as the study subject and researches into its influence on its regional economic development.The research finds that migrant labor plays an important part in Dongguan's economic development.The feature that Dongguan takes advantage of demographic dividend to develop migrant labor economy is obvious.However,there are still negative effects upon the problems of local industrial upgrade,social security,resources and environment and urban sustainable development.Dongguan is confronting the problem of economic and social double transformation.Dongguan has to change from the mode of depending on cheap labour benefits for accumulation to the way of low inpur,low consumption and low emission.Therefore,it is neseccery to take measures which include strengthening vocational educational input and placing importance on the development of local enterprises to answer the problem.
