Реализация эффекта вертикальной и горизонтальной интеграции в системе управления конкурентоспособностью нефтегазовых структур

In article the role of effect of intercompany integration in increase of competitiveness of the domestic fuel and energy companies is estimated. Also, in it features of vertical and horizontal integration in a control system of competitiveness of the energy industries enterprises are stated. The main emphasis is placed on the analysis of efficiency of intercompany integration and mechanisms of their assessment. As total results, the system of factors of an assessment of efficiency of intercompany integration and limits of possible vertical and horizontal integration of the enterprises of oil and gas branch is given.
