Polarizing film with adhesive layer, laminate, and image display device

The present invention provides: a polarizing film with an adhesive layer, said film being characterized by having, on at least one surface of an iodine polarizing film having a transparent protective film on at least one side of an iodine polarizer that contains iodine and/or iodine ions, an adhesive layer formed from an acrylic adhesive composition containing a (meth)acrylic polymer and one or more phosphoric acid compounds selected from the group consisting of a compound represented by general formula (1) (in the formula, R 1 and R 2 each independently represent a C1-18 hydrocarbon residue which may include a hydrogen atom or an oxygen atom) and multimers of the compound represented by general formula (1); a laminate in which the polarizing film and a substrate having a transparent conductive layer are bonded; an image display device in which the polarizing film and a liquid crystal panel having a transparent conductive layer are bonded; and an image display device that uses the laminate as a touch panel.
