The reservoir flood prediction scheduling and dynamic tracking system comprises reservoir area data collecting systems arranged on a plurality of reservoir areas, a data storage unit, a plurality of clients, a flood prediction unit, a scheduling unit and a tracking unit, wherein the data storage unit is connected with the multiple reservoir area data collecting systems through the network, the flood prediction unit is connected with the data storage unit and used for carrying out flood prediction according to data stored in the data storage unit and storing the prediction data into the data storage unit, the scheduling unit is connected with the data storage unit and at least one client and used for calculating flood scheduling data according to scheduling commands of the at least one client and the data stored in the data storage unit and storing the calculation result into the data storage unit, and the tracking unit is connected with the data storage unit and used for tracking flood according to the data stored in the data storage unit and storing the tracking result into the data storage unit.
