Structured liquid-crystal composites doped with carbon nanofibers

2015
This paper discusses how the additives of modified and unmodified nanofibers affect the properties of liquid-crystal composites formed by the method of polarization holography. It is shown that surface modification of the nanofibers affects the phase-transition temperature and the controlling electric field, as well as the diffraction efficiency of polarization holographic gratings.
