Multi-spore selfing breeding method of golden needle mushroom

The invention belongs to the field of breeding techniques of edible fungi and particularly relates to a multi-spore selfing breeding method of flammulina velutipes. New strains of flammulina velutipes are bred from breeds which are produced by multi-spore selfing with liquid culture medium. The method includes the steps of 1, collecting monospores from a parent strain of Gaoyou 738, and making the monospores into spore liquid; 2, adding the spore liquid containing the parent strain into the liquid culture medium, and shaking for multi-spore selfing; 3, subjecting liquid strains to shaking culture and mycelium stimulation; 4, culturing and screening to obtain a target strain D7-Y of flammulina velutipes. Compared to the prior art, the method has the advantages of applicability of factory production, simplicity and quickness; contamination is easy to discover, and breeding efficiency is improved.
