Clinic study of early enteral feeding through jejunum fistulation in postoperation patients with severe pancreantitis.

2001
Objective To observe sufety and effect of early enteral feedingthrough jejunum fistulation in postoperation patients with Severe Pancreantitis. Methods 10 patients with severe pancreantitis were set jejunum nutritional tube at point of 90cm apart treiz's ligament during operation.Postoperation 3 day patients were provided low-dose glutamine,5 day were provided low-provided low-dose ELENTAI or VIPEP.Nutritive idex and clinic effects were monitored. Results there is one patient dided in 10 patients, others don/t have indication of clinic relapses and have improvement to many physical indexs, and the days of hospital are shortened.Discussion:1.Pnis a better method for severe pancreantitis, which and improve the nutrition state of the patient with severe pancreantitis, reduce the excretion of pancreas and other digestive glands, but long-term PN can result in intestine mucous atrophy. 2. Severe pancreantitis and destroy the gastric and intestine mucous barrier.PN and early low-dose enteral feeding can protect them, and they will be helpful in obstructing and alleviate the systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome(SIRS).we have observed that early enteral feeding through jejunum fistulation in postoperation patients with severe pancreantitis doesn't aggravate the burden of pancreas. 3. Enteral nutrition whether aggravates the burden of pancreas is principally decided by the place of provided nutriments, the composition and dose of nutritional liquid. 4. Aims of early enteral feeding throuth jejunum fistulation in postoperation patients with severe oabcreabtutus us oritrct ubtestube nyciys barruer abd akkevuate tge SURS.Most nutrition should be provided by PN. Conclusions early enteral feeding through jejunum fistulation in postoperation patients with severe pancreantitis in feasible, which can replenish some insufficient and speedy recover of patients.
