The paper describes the study of the state of LP0-AOD system in the patients with coronary artery disease and type 2 diabetes and the effect of antioxidant therapy on metabolic factors. Timely correction of disorders contributed to the positive dynamics of metabolic processes, and on the background of this, reduced frequency of cardiovascular complications.
