Redox Modification of Nuclear Actin by MICAL-2 Regulates SRF Signaling

Provided are methods for identification of agents that interfere with MICAL-2 induced activation of SRF/MRTF pathway. The method comprises evaluating the activity of the candidate agents on the various points in the pathway.
