Análise Discursiva De Um Plano De Desenvolvimento Institucional / Discursive Analysis Of A Plan Of Institutional Development

Este trabalho surgiu da necessidade de se estudar a estrategia inserida em seu contexto. As questoes que nortearam este estudo foram: existe reproducao discursiva de elementos historicos no PDI (Plano de Desenvolvimento Institucional) de uma IFES (Instituicao Federal de Ensino Superior)? Como esses elementos sao representados e legitimados na instituicao? O objetivo central do trabalho foi: analisar o Plano de Desenvolvimento Institucional (PDI) de uma IFES, tendo em vista o seu contexto socio historico.  Foi feita uma Analise Critica do Discurso das estrategias delineadas no PDI de uma IFES, bem como foram realizadasentrevistas discursivas para facilitar essa compreensao. Encontrou-se um discurso marcado pela reproducao discursiva de valores historicos advindos dos fundadores da instituicao. Essa reproducao foi evidenciada nas praticas estrategicas de responsabilidade ambiental, nos valores que orientam a formacao dos alunos da IFES, nas praticas de paisagismo, de pesquisa, de internacionalizacao e de expansao. Percebeu-se que as estrategias recebem influencias que independem daqueles que a formulam. Palavras-chave : Analise critica do discurso. Estrategia. Plano de desenvolvimento institucional. Planejamento estrategico. ABSTRACT This work was the result of a need of studying the strategy inserted within its context. Questions which guide this study were: is there the discursive transcription of historical elements in the Institutional Development Plan of a Federal Institution of Higher Education (FIHE)? How these elements are represented and legitimated at the institution? The purpose of this work was to analyse the Institutional Development Plan of a FIHE, within its socio-historical context. Was carried out the critical analysis of the discourse of strategies outlined on the plan. Were also performed discursive interviews in order to facilitate the understanding. The discourse distinguished by the discursive transcription of historical values from the institution founders was found. This transcription was highlighted on strategic practices of environmental responsibility, on values which guide the training of student of the FIHE, on practices of landscaping, research, internationalization and expansion. It was realized that the strategies experience influences which do not depend on those who formulate them. Keywords: Critical analysis of the discourse. Strategy.
