A large number of liver cirrhosis patients with refractory ascites are often accompanied with hypokalemia.Clysis has been considered as an effective means of treating liver cirrhosis patients and preventing complications.Because of the special nature of rectal venous plexus,the traditional anal enema may easily lead to bleeding in patients with cirrhosis,which is extremely negative to liver cirrhosis patients.Disposable suction tube instead of the traditional application of the anal canal can avoid the complications and has more superiority.
