Fault Prediction for Energy Module in Laser Equipment based on the Analysis of Current Residual Characteristics

In this paper, a fault prediction method based on the residual analysis of xenon lamp working current and nonlinear autoregressive network is proposed to solve the problem of gradual fault prediction caused by degradation of energy module of laser device. The prediction principle, prediction model and training method are given. Through the test of simulation data, this method can accurately predict the actual characteristic parameters and the degradation trend of time dimension of electronic components in the working state, and give the fault early warning in advance through the threshold method.
