The Boring Process Research of Special Deep-hole With Middle Big and Two Ends Small

A kind of retractable single-cut boring cutter with damping and self-directed function is developed and designed,which could be used to solve the problem of flask-shaped deep hole machining.The deep-hole has two small ends and a big central part of special surface,such as cylndrical,conical and spherica.In this paper,the structure features of such retractable single-cut boring cutter,design principle,assembling are use is introduced and a new boring principle is put forward.In practice the excellent propessing results is achieved.
